Have u ever wonder how your parents met.? How 2 different people having spend nearly a quarter of their life came and create a family all to themselves.? How do u see your future? What do u expect to get out from the relationship?

Dad grew up in an average family, most of his younger days were spent playing, doing nonsense and finally quitting school to work. Started working at 16 at a coffeeshop, he soon started working as an odd job laborer before he got enlisted. I do not know much details about him during that period but I do know that he tried to AWOL before and was caught a couple of times and subsequently, he became a cook in the army. After army, dad continues with his renovating job.

On the hand, mum grew up in a really tough environment; lost her dad at 13 and subsequently quitted school to help supports siblings. She always complaint about how harsh granny would come with a cane in hand to wake her up in the wee hours.

Just like any other girls at that time, mum got her fair share of suitors too; some rich guy, some poor guy, some good and some bad, its really kind of interesting whenever she relate her story to me. Unfortunately of all guys, he chosen daddy. Hai…
